Computed Radiography and Digital Radiography System

Computed Radiography (CR)

CR uses a special imaging plate (instead of film) to capture X-rays. After exposure, the plate is scanned in a CR reader to create a digital image. It’s a cost-effective upgrade from traditional film systems and works with existing X-ray machines.

Digital Radiography (DR)

DR captures X-ray images directly using flat-panel detectors, with no need for cassettes or scanning. Images appear instantly on a screen with high clarity, offering faster workflow, lower radiation doses, and better efficiency.
